The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a critical role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of major construction projects, ensuring financial performance, risk mitigation, and strong client and supply chain relationships.
Key responsibilities
* Managing project budgets and commercial performance.
* Administering contracts and maintaining accurate documentation.
* Producing regular commercial and financial reports.
* Identifying and managing commercial risks.
* Supporting procurement and subcontractor management.
* Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction.
* Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
* Experience with procurement, reporting, and cost control.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
* Must already have the right to work in the EU.
