Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Information Technology Engineer. The Senior IT Engineer will oversee troubleshooting, technical support, and network security tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing networking components, providing technical support, and ensuring the security of network systems.
Qualifications
* Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
* Expertise in Information Technology and Networking
* Proficient in Network Security practices
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with 3CX VoIP Telephone systems is a plus
