About the role
This is a hands-on, high-impact sales role where you’ll manage your own portfolio and actively contribute to the company’s growth.
1. Understand client needs and recommend the right product offering
2. Grow and manage your portfolio: increase volumes, expand assortments, and strengthen relationships
3. Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect the market
4. Analyze sales performance and spot growth opportunities
5. Stay close to market trends and bring valuable insights
6. Act as a trusted partner for your clients, beyond pure sales
Your profile
7. Strong commercial mindset with a real hunter attitude
8. Driven by targets, challenges, and results
9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
10. Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented
11. Analytical enough to identify and seize opportunities
12. Experience in FMCG / food / retail is a strong plus
13. Fluent in Dutch and French
