As the Head of ServiceNow BeNeLux, you will lead and expand Fujitsu's ServiceNow practice across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will translate the European ServiceNow strategy into a regional growth plan, build strong client relationships, and directly manage sales professionals contributing to the growth of ServiceNow in BeNeLux. You collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of consultants, architects, and delivery leads to help ensure qualitative service delivery to customers.
This is a strategic and entrepreneurial leadership role combining practice management, business development, and delivery oversight. You will position Fujitsu as a leading ServiceNow partner in the region, strengthen our ecosystem collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of projects across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, SPM, and related domains.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the BeNeLux strategy for the ServiceNow practice, aligned with Fujitsu's European objectives.
* Actively drive business development and pre-sales activities, including identification of new business opportunities, RFP responses, client proposals, and demonstrations.
* Ensure accurate sales forecasting in line with strategic growth plan.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic customers, partners (including ServiceNow), and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure profitable growth through revenue generation, margin optimization, and high customer satisfaction.
* Oversee project delivery, governance, and quality assurance within the ServiceNow portfolio.
* Identify market trends and translate them into concrete offerings and value propositions.
* Represent Fujitsu BeNeLux within the European and global ServiceNow community.
Your Profile
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Services, including 5+ years in a leadership role related to ServiceNow, ITSM, or Cloud/Automation.
* Strong functional and technical understanding of key ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, SPM, SecOps).
* Proven track record in practice building, P&L ownership, and people management.
* Demonstrated success in business development, pre-sales, and strategic account management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at CxO level.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, results, and service excellence.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
