We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for a key client based in Brussels, Belgium .
Main Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-line IT support (remote and on-site)
* Manage incidents, requests and problem tickets through dedicated ticketing systems
* Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting to maximize first-call resolution
* Support workstation installation, configuration and reconfiguration activities
* Assist users with hardware, software and application-related issues
* Document operational procedures and maintain technical knowledge base content
* Participate in application testing and administration activities
* Collaborate with infrastructure, system administration and database teams
* Ensure high-quality user support within IT service management environments
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT Support / Service Desk environments
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows environments
* Experience supporting end-user devices, including desktops, laptops and mobile platforms
* Familiarity with core mobile applications and workplace technologies
* ITIL V4 Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain it shortly)
Languages & Location
* Fluency in English AND French is mandatory
* Brussels, Belgium (On-site)
