Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your environmental, health, and safety expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, proactive, and innovative team.
You'll play a key role in ensuring workplace safety and compliance with EHS standards, making a meaningful impact on the well-being of our teams and the efficiency of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, operations, and service teams), conduct safety observations and inspections, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of planning and executing Safety Observation Visits (SOVs), maintaining and improving EHS digital tools, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, but also support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
We’ll look to you for:
Conducting and managing 100+ annual Safety Observation Visits (SOVs) and ensuring follow-up on identified actions
Supporting internal and external audits, including ISO compliance audits
Formalizing assessments and encoding data into EHS databases
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure EHS compliance during planned activities
Supervising and improving digital tools for EHS processes
Supporting tender offers and assisting in resolving EHS-related challenges
Developing and maintaining safety instruction materials
Coordinating and monitoring the annual EHS action plan (CCPT)
Supervising risk assessments and ensuring alignment with safety directives

Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Health and Safety, Engineering, or similar)
Experience or understanding of safety observation visits (SOVs) and risk assessments
Knowledge of ISO14001 & ISO45001standards and audit processes
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in digital tools and a passion for improving digital processes
Ability to interpret and apply safety regulations and guidelines, including safety pictograms
