Relationship Manager (M/F) - Full TimeOur client, a leading services company, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse international client base and to develop strong, long-term client relationships within a dynamic environment.Your responsabilities :As a Relationship Manager, you will :
* Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
* Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients across various sectors.
* Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams (accounting, tax, legal, etc.).
* Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services to ensure quality and timely execution.
* Identify business development opportunities within the existing client base and support onboarding of new clients.
* Prepare and participate in client meetings, follow up on action points, and ensure clear communication internally and externally.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues proactively.
Your profile :As a Relationship Manager, you have :
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services, fiduciary, or consulting environments.
* Strong client service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
* Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Luxembourgish is an asset.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
