Key responsibilities
* Write engaging vacancies: Craft compelling job postings to attract top talent.
* Actively source candidates: Use diverse channels, including databases, job fairs, and networking, to find the right profiles.
* Screen and interview: Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process, including technical tests and screenings.
* Collaborate with teams: Work with Talent Acquisition colleagues and business managers to align recruitment with client needs.
* Build relationships: Create and maintain a proactive network of professionals.
* Negotiate offers: Manage salary and package negotiations to secure the best match.
* Onboarding: Ensure new hires feel welcome and receive the full VeroTech experience from day one.
* Projects: Contribute to projects shaping the talent acquisition process within VeroTech.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a recruitment professional with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities. Qualifications include:
* Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
* Recruitment experience: At least 1–2 years in recruitment, preferably in a technical or engineering context.
* People-oriented: Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues.
* Proactive and driven: Initiative-taking and results-oriented mindset.
* Organized and adaptable: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Language skills: Fluent in Dutch; good knowledge of English and French.
* Interest in technology: Eagerness to connect with professionals in Engineering & IT.
