What they do
* Support on incidents, problems and change management
* User assistance for application functionality issues and knowledge
* Application technical error analyses and reporting
* EIM (Emergency Incident Management): Stand-by services to coordinate critical situations with applications
* Monitoring of application availability and messaging interface interruption
* Application configuration requests
* Application and messaging testing verifications
* Keep all required documents up to date
* Participating in on-call schedule
What they require
* Basic understanding of the Global DHL Express movement operations (air & ground)
* Experience as Field Operations, Service Desk Agent is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of Aviation IT Application portfolio
* Can do mentality.
