What do we expect from you?
Within the administrative team, we will ask you to:
* Handle phone reception
* Receive customer requests and enter them into the ticketing system
* Schedule appointments for our employees
* Dispatch requests to the relevant teams (helpdesk, sales, etc.)
* Manage customer orders and act as the contact person for our suppliers
* Establish invoicing
* Ensure follow-up of orders and invoicing
Qualities and skills we are absolutely looking for:
* Good knowledge of Dutch is a significant asset.
* Hold a diploma related to the position
* Have innate ease in telephone contact
* Be highly rigorous in carrying out your tasks
* Have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage peak periods
* Know how to anticipate, ask the right questions, and effectively prepare the technicians' work
* Be comfortable with teamwork and collaboration
* Be customer-oriented and have an easygoing manner

The Process
* Initial phone call with our HR
* Interview with one of the 2 managers (Bruno or Matthieu)
* Completion of psychometric and technical tests with our HR department
* Exchange sessions with 2 staff members (goal: to better understand the organization, behind the scenes, address more down-to-earth topics)
* Contract offer and meeting with the 2 directors (Bruno and Matthieu)
