We help businesses create value through smart, scalable Odoo-based solutions. With a growing number of integration projects for mid-sized and large companies, we are now expanding our Flemish delivery team. You’ll join at a strategic moment to shape both client solutions and internal delivery practices. Your mission: As an Odoo Functional analyst, you listen with care and build an in-depth understanding of the client’s context and needs, mainly for our Flemish speaking clients. Then you propose the most suitable solution. What you'll do Lead workshops to gather business requirements Dare to challenge Be the crucial link between your business stakeholders and your colleagues from the developer team to translate pain points into integrated Odoo solutions Translate client requirements into a proper Odoo configuration Define and document the testing strategy and coordinate test execution Design training materials and documentation for users, and train new users using a "train-the-trainer" approach Support end-users during the implementation of the new system Manage an IT project from A to Z and coaching project team members Deliver structured and educational demonstrations to business teams Actively contribute to Squareflow’s day-to-day growth We are looking for: 2 years or more of relevant experience: Project manager - business analyst – functional analyst ERP or another complex muti functionalities SaaS solution. Fluent or full professional level of Dutch, good knowledge of French and English Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economy, Digital, etc...) or bachelor with equivalent through experience. First relevant experience with Odoo or any other ERP system. Genuine interest for Odoo and motivated to learn if no experience in it.
