(EQF level 6).- Languages:o English: C1 levelo French: B2 levelTECHNICAL SKILLSProfessional Experience - Minimum 15 years of professional experience in IT of which:o > 10 years working on enterprise applications solutions development or enterprise application integration solutions with particular focus on the development platform APIs/SDKs.o > 10 years working on bespoke software development.o > 5 years of experience oncloud development architecture and build/release automation pipelines.o > 2 years of experience inthe development of process/workflow engines and process driven enterprise applications.o > 3 years of experience inthe development of highly scalable cloud-based applications addressing thousands of end-usersTechnical Expertise- Programming Languages: 120 months of experience with C# (.NET), 60 months with YAML, 60 months with HTML, and 30 months with JavaScript.- Databases and Querying: 120 months of experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.- Application and Web Servers: 60 months of experience working with Azure App Service.- Standards and Formats: 60 months of experience with XML, XSLT, DTD, XML Schema (XSD), SOAP, and REST.- Analysis and Design: 60 months of experience applying UML and RUP methodologies.- Project Management: 60 months of experience using Scrum/Agile methodologies.- Software Delivery Integration and Source Code Management: 60 months of experience with Azure DevOps and Git.- Frameworks: 120 months of experience with .NET, and 60 months each with WCF and Entity Framework.- Cloud Technologies: 60 months of experience with Microsoft Azure, including Functions, App Services, and Infrastructure.
