* We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert who is excited about employer branding and onboarding.
* This role involves leading the recruitment process from A-Z, including identifying recruitment needs, job posting, sourcing/screening, interviewing to offer stage.
* You will be responsible for attracting and hiring the right people at our organization by promoting new ideas/solutions to source candidates and initiating different initiatives.
About the Role
* You will work closely with Marketing to create content and coordinate employer branding initiatives.
* You will be involved in overall HR projects and optimization of HR processes without losing an eye on candidate experience, company culture and business recruitment/retaining needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the recruitment process from A-Z, including identifying recruitment needs, job posting, sourcing/screening, interviewing to offer stage.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Collaborate with Marketing to create content and coordinate employer branding initiatives.
* Contribute to overall HR projects and optimization of HR processes.
Requirements
* Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant field, preferably in a technical environment (IT, R&D, engineering).
* Fluent in English language.
* Strong passion for talent acquisition/sourcing and ability to think out-of-the box to hire the right talent.
* Strong interest in employer branding and experience in creating social media content.
