Sander is a specialist recruitment agency covering Finance, Technology, HR & Legal. 45+ people across Brussels, Antwerp and Paris and we're looking for a Managing Advisor to take ownership of a market and a team in Brussels.
This is a dual role, you stay close to the business while stepping up as a leader. You run your own desk, you hit your own targets and you make the people around you better.
As a Business Manager
* Run your own 360° desk : client development, headhunting and closing
* Build and grow a client portfolio through cold calling, networking and long-term nurturing
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to signed contract
* Hit your personal billing targets consistently
As a Team Lead
* Coach, mentor and develop junior and medior consultants on a daily basis
* Support your team on client meetings, candidate assessments and deal negotiations
* Create an environment where people perform at their best and grow fast
* Contribute to hiring decisions and onboarding of new team members
* Report on team performance and contribute to Sander's commercial strategy in Brussels
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, agency-side
* Strong personal billing track record, you know what performance looks like

* Bilingual French & English (mandatory), Dutch is a plus
* Bachelor's degree minimum
