Role Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Mnager for Benalux region, he will be responsible for selling our range of standard and customised products/capabilities into the Energy market whilehaving heavy involvement as a commercial specialist in our GrowthAccelerator teams.

The Key Account Manager, manages a portfolio of existing customers, identifies and develops new sales opportunities and customers in the assigned territory, for the assigned product range. They focus on selling bespoke engineered and customised solutions to strategic OEM customers, third party engineering organisations, equipment and/or machine builders, distributors and resellers.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve sales target in line with forecast.
* Define and implement strategies and action plans to achieve sales, margin targets and other relevant objectives.
* Maintain and support the development of lMl Instrumentation Branch target customers.
* Gain and win new key contracts for major packagesof work withinthe Instrumentation Branchmarket, leading the development and innovating where necessary.
* Develop and implement the Sales and Marketing Plan
* Feedback to the Business Development Team toensure clear and concise marketing activities are completed in order to supportsales growth with target customer.
* Forecast and report in line with requirements.

Critical Competencies for Success

* Educated to degree level or equivalentqualification or experience.
* Significant demonstrable Key AccountManagement experience in large complexorganisations.
* Technical outside sales and management experience with products and markets similar to those of lMl Process Automation.
* Demonstrable broad based technical and business knowledge of products and applications in the Instrumentation market.
* Understanding and exposure to Operations, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain.
* Highly commercial and results driven with skills in managing both core process and bringing a creative and innovative approach
* Tenacious and driven to seek out new business to meet andexceed targets.
