As a Customer Service Representative you'll act as the key point of contact between clients and the company. You'll handle order processing, respond to customer inquiries, resolve delivery or product issues, coordinate with logistics and sales teams, and ensure a smooth client experience from quote to deliver,often in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Tasks:
* You'll be the first point of contact and internal ambassador for their clients.
* Your initial focus is on the preparation of quotations in consultation with the customer (requesting all technical and commercial data and explaining the proposed solution) and their dispatch to the correct technical department.
* You'll also ensure that customer orders are correctly input to their system.
* You'll work together with the various internal departments to ensure a correct order flow. Together with the Sales Team, you'll manage customer relationships.
* In addition, you'll ensure that all goods delivered are invoiced correctly and on time, by the timely processing of delivery notes and invoices.
* You'll also support the preparation of reports and quotations to customers and purchasing organizations.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that:
* You operate at least on a Bachelor degree level
* You'll have working experience in the construction sector
* Good level of Dutch & Frencht, basic knowledge of English
* You are driven, customer-oriented and commercially minded
* You are solution-oriented and a team player, a central point of contact who can manage difficult situations and offer solutions to bring them to a successful conclusion
* Good level of MS Office, ERP systems is a plus.
