We are looking for a Business Process Owner / Process Consultant to take ownership of end-to-end business processes across analysis, design, and implementation phases.
You will play a key role in driving process excellence and transformation, ensuring workflows are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage end-to-end business processes (from analysis to implementation)
* Analyze current workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
* Design and implement optimized process solutions
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption
* Translate business needs into functional and process requirements
* Ensure process governance, documentation, and continuous improvement
* Support implementation and delivery phases, including testing and validation
* Work in environments involving Azure-based solutions and modern architectures
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Process Owner, Process Consultant, or Senior Business Analyst
* Strong experience with end-to-end process management (analysis → design → implementation)
* Experience in the insurance sector (mandatory or strong asset)
* Experience working in complex xphnsxz enterprise environments
* Knowledge or exposure to Azure / cloud-based ecosystems
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience with process modelling (BPMN, workflows, etc.)
Nice to Have
* Experience in digital transformation or process optimization programs
* Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments
* Experience with integration / cross-system workflows
