About The Job
We are currently looking for a 'Business Analyst' to strengthen the Cronos Europa Team.
Location: Near-site (accessible within 2 hours from Brussels) - Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse business needs and formalise functional requirements.
* Model and optimise business processes (BPMN).
* Describe user requirements, user stories, and use cases.
* Contribute to drafting key documents: business cases, business glossary, vision, impact analyses, etc.
* Collaborate actively with development teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements.
* Participate in technical meetings, user workshops, sprint reviews, and working groups.
* Support project managers in applying SCRUM / Agile methodologies and monitoring delivered quality.
* Contribute to the integration of various information systems, especially in the financial and accounting domains.
Your Profile
You have a Bachelor or a Master degree.
Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of information systems and business processes.
* Proficiency in modelling tools and techniques (UML, BPMN).
* Solid experience writing requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases.
* Knowledge of the IT solution lifecycle and methodologies such as PM², PM² Agile or Scrum.
* Experience in functional analysis and systems integration.
* Knowledge of SPARX Enterprise Architect or ARIS is an asset.
* Knowledge of Atlassian Jira or Confluence is required.
Soft Skills
* Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
* Team spirit, autonomy, and attention to detail.
* Discretion and integrity: handling sensitive data.
