We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale data transformation program within a complex enterprise IT environment.
Your role
* Lead an enterprise-wide ETL platform replacement
* Act as Program Manager / Epic Owner in a SAFe setup
* Drive tool selection and RFP process
* Align multiple teams and senior stakeholders
* Work closely with architecture and product leadership
Your profile
* Proven experience with large-scale IT programs
* Strong background in SAFe, data platforms & ETL
* Experience with PowerCenter is a plus
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Autonomous, hands-on, and delivery-focused
* Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus)

* Long-term freelance assignment
* Location: Leuven/Ghent
* Hybrid remote policy (50/50)
