As an experienced IT Manager, you thrive on leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence in complex IT environments. Your role is centered around
coordination, strategic planning, and team empowerment
, ensuring that every project delivers value and aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams (analysts, developers, testers, architects)
• Translate strategic planning into actionable roadmaps
• Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders, clients, and project teams
• Support leadership in IT investment decisions through detailed cost-benefit analyses
• Monitor team budgets and optimize resource allocation (man-days)
• Deliver services with a dedicated Delivery Team while collaborating closely with Service Operation teams managing IT infrastructure
• Report directly to the Business Partner of the Service Operations pillar
• Guarantee service continuity by coordinating incident resolution with infrastructure teams
Profile Highlights:
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and application lifecycle management
• Deep understanding of IT systems operations and cost estimation tools
• Proven experience in program and change management
• Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL framework)
• Fluent in English and at least one official national language
• Experience in the public sector is a strong asset
