What you do
1. Follow-up of the entire project, from the first contact to invoicing. In which you guarantee the internal follow-up of the project, from control of calculation and steel, via feedback to the customer, to the conversion into an order. Handling complaints is also part of your responsibilities.
2. Prospecting and developing an excellent customer relationship, identifying potential (with existing and new customers, as well as with end users) and contacting professional discussion partners at all levels.
3. Translating market needs into OEM, specials or new ideas for the standard range. For this you are supported by a technical team (Product Developers, Designer, ...) and a back office employee.
4. You report market information (prices and products competition, customer, ...), as well as visits, to the Business Unit Manager. Actions to be taken are always done after consultation.
5. Co-organisation and manning of stands at national and international exhibitions and open days, active participation in national and international sales meetings and estimation of sales potential products.
Who you are
6. You have a higher education (Bachelor/Master).
7. You have affinity with the world of the forestry, agricultural and/or outdoor market.
8. You are extremely sales-oriented and succeed in achieving maximum results with a structured project approach and passion for your product.
9. You are able to translate technical characteristics to the customer.
10. You are communicative, diplomatic and demonstrate the necessary persuasiveness and specialisation.
11. You are creative, open-minded, solution-oriented and able to function autonomously as well as in a team.
12. You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch, German, English and French. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
13. You are willing to travel frequently (40 - 50%).
14. You strengthen our presence in the DACH region and Germany/Austria/Switzerland.
