As an L2 Support Engineer in our Health Information Systems Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
* Supporting the ‘360 Encompass’ autocoding solution in Belgian hospitals
* Providing comprehensive support and maintenance for the ‘DRGFinder’ product, a clinical coding solution for Belgium
* Providing technical support and assistance for the Solventum Benchmark Portal, an analytical tool used by most Belgian hospitals
* Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation and usage of our solutions
* Offering ongoing support and training to customers to maximize the value of our products
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND relevant job‑related experience
* Proven track record in customer support and technical implementation
* Excellent language skills in French, Dutch, and English
* Knowledge of system operations, including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
* Experience in Software Development Lifecycle processes
* Current, valid Driver’s License
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
* Knowledge of the design and application of ICD‑10‑CM classification and the Belgian Health Care market
* German language proficiency
* Experience in the medical field, particularly with healthcare IT solutions
* Cloud expertise: Proficient in AWS, including containerization and orchestration with a strong understanding of Docker
* Automation pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
* Version control systems, particularly GitHub
Work Location
Hybrid: Working together with the team in our Diegem offices is required at least 1–2 days a week.
