FP&A Analyst

Your future job
As an FP&A Analyst, you support the financial planning and analysis processes within the Flooring division. Your main objective is to deliver timely and accurate financial insights that help management make informed decisions. You work closely with the FP&A Manager and other stakeholders to monitor performance and contribute to continuous improvement in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support monthly and quarterly performance analysisAssist in the monthly closing and consolidation processPerform variance analysis and explain deviations from prior year, budget and forecastPrepare reports and dashboards for senior management
2. Support financial planning processesAssist in the preparation of the annual operating plan and monthly rolling forecastsTranslate input from local teams into financial models
3. Collaborate with Unilin Group Finance on financial reportingEnsure timely and accurate delivery of financial dataSupport improvements in reporting processes and data flows
4. Ensure USGAAP & SOx compliance and safeguards internal control framework
5. Contribute to finance projects (, system implementations)
Who are you
6. Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
7. 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling
8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
9. Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools (, Power BI) is a plus
10. Team player with strong communication skills
11. Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
