Job description Key Responsibilities : - Coordinate, support, and perform logistical and administrative tasks to support the team - Support daily operations related to study drugs, comparator products, and ancillary materials - Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and client requirements - Manage the receipt, ordering, storage, labeling, inventory management, distribution, return, and destruction of drug products and medical devices - Track inventories and expiration dates and prepare monthly status reports - Arrange the purchase of additional supplies upon request - Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in electronic management systems - Participate in and support project teams, potentially acting as a liaison between departments - Complete ongoing training on GxP, GMP, and other applicable regulatory requirements - Maintain internal reports and key performance indicators Profiel - High school diploma or equivalent, complemented by a relevant administrative, logistical, or technical qualification - At least 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience - Intermediate level of English with good written and verbal communication skills - Solid understanding of the Clinical Supply process, including manufacturing, handling, import/export, shipping, auditing, labeling, and packaging - Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills - Good analytical abilities and discretion when handling confidential information - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong customer service orientation with a high attention to detail and quality standards - Able to use appropriate communication channels to raise concerns and provide suggestions - Light to moderate lifting and carrying of items up to approximately 15–20 lbs (7–9 kg) - Repetitive hand movements requiring fast, simple, and repeated finger, hand, and wrist motions Aanbod - You work in an office, on the production site at Vilvoorde. - Regular use of computers and electronic equipment. - 38 hours per week.
