Are you a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Brazilian Fintech landscape? Bettr, a key brand under Ant International, is looking for a high-impact Business Development professional to drive our expansion in the Brazilian market.
In this role, you will be the face of Bettr to major eCommerce players, PSPs, and SaaS companies. You won’t just be closing deals; you will be managing the entire lifecycle of a partnership—from C-level negotiations and cross-functional project management to post-launch optimization.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Partnerships: Lead daily business negotiations and commercial cooperation with key partners in Brazil, including banks, fintechs, and eCommerce marketplaces.
* C-Level Engagement: Leverage your existing network to build stable, high-trust relationships with executive leadership (C-suite) across the industry.
* End-to-End Project Management: Act as the central lead coordinating with internal Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and R&D teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding within established timelines.
* Growth Optimization: Post-implementation, you will own the relationship. You’ll monitor and optimize key account traffic, customer engagement, and conversion rates to maximize business value for both the partner and Bettr.
What We Are Looking For
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
* Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in the Banking, Fintech, or Payment industries.
* Negotiation Skills: A track record of developing complex partnerships, handling commercial negotiations, and executing contracts.
* Product Knowledge: A solid grasp of financial products, payment systems, credit risk management, and the technical R&D lifecycle.
* Analytical Mindset: Strong business acumen with the ability to use data to prove hypotheses and a sharp sensitivity to ROI (input/output).
Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" Factors)
* Experience in Digital Lending, BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later), or Cashloan products.
* Extensive experience within the wider LATAM market.
* Fluent English is essential; deep local expertise in the Brazilian Fintech ecosystem is a major advantage.
