About the Company: Lileo is a Brussels-based startup offering an innovative connected breast pump rental service and its dedicated mobile app. As a circular service, we manage the full product lifecycle — from delivery and use to return, inspection, and reconditioning — with the goal of ensuring quality, hygiene, and sustainability at every step.
Internship Scope: You'll help design and improve workflows for:
* Rental lifecycle: tracking devices from shipment to return
* Maintenance & refurbishment: defining steps for cleaning, testing, and repackaging
* Loss/damage handling and service turnaround
* Process documentation: SOPs, checklists, and simple dashboards
* Optionally, explore digital tools
