Job description
The Project Engineer Launch Excellence role is pivotal in managing all validation aspects associated with the introduction of new products at the site.
The position involves a comprehensive range of activities essential for successful implementation and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Ideally, you possess a strong scientific background and demonstrate expertise in validation processes, risk assessments, and project management. You are proactive and possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key responsibilities
* Validate and document support for formulation, filling, transport, and packaging processes
* Conduct urgent quality investigations, including root-cause analyses and corrective actions
* Perform comprehensive risk analyses and define appropriate mitigation measures
* Support and implement process and system changes necessary for product introduction
* Manage projects, including coordination, planning, problem-solving, milestone tracking, and progress reporting

About you
* Master's degree in bioengineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or biotechnology
* Fluency in botch Dutch & English (both spoken and written)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
* Organized, precise, and quality-conscious work style with strong analytical skills
* Experience in executing validation projects and proficiency in planning and project coordination
