As a Pricing & Reporting Analyst at Hilti, you play a central role in strengthening pricing operations across Belgium and Luxembourg. You ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant pricing processes, act as PAM owner for BeLux, and safeguard pricing integrity across systems.
Through reliable reporting and meaningful data insights, you support informed decision-making and contribute to commercial success. In this dynamic, international environment, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted partner across the organization
What You'll do
Manage Pricing Requests (AG, OW): Manage and validate pricing requests as Pricing Expert, ensuring fair pricing and profitability.
Coach salesforce on PAM utilization to improve setting price process from salesforce
Improve PAM Settings: Maintain and optimize PAM configurations to support accurate pricing and margin management.
Implement pricing opportunities through Business reviews process and support annual LPA in PAM.
Reporting: Point of contact for reporting with E2, delivering timely and reliable insights to support decision-making. Generate main recurrent reporting for the MO. Eventually develop new reporting.
Projects: Lead transformation project with new PAM processes together with Sales FBP to ensure full adoption from salesforce.
