We're looking for a senior analyst to join our client's team. This role requires a strong professional with at least five years of experience who will collaborate within an Agile framework, supporting a group of developers, architects, test analysts, and project leaders. Your work will encompass analysis in Dutch and development using Java while contributing to a dynamic and strategic project environment.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating analyses and guiding stakeholders in decision-making regarding application functions and service scopes. Key responsibilities include:
Planning, executing, and supervising scoping activities, defining requirements, and prioritizing with clients.
Gaining agreement on requirements from a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Defining and maintaining a comprehensive requirements hierarchy for complex applications.
Mapping complex application systems to enhance client understanding.
Ensuring consistency in proposed solutions and handling the integration of business models.
Leading the creation of data models for intricate business domains while ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
Role and Tasks
Your role will include managing dependencies among various application components to achieve coherence and maximize synergy. This involves:
Conducting systemic analyses and evaluating structural impacts of changes to requirements across the broader information management system.
Coordinating content between various subject matter teams and identifying risks along with their potential impacts.
Assisting project managers in guiding the team and coordinating functional design efforts, including communication among development teams.
Documenting systems and ensuring quality in deliverables through adherence to standards and methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and analytical skills required to navigate complex projects. Requirements include:
Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools, including Scrum.
Expertise in back-end technologies, such as web services and XML, as well as front-end technologies like HTML and CSS.
Experience in business analysis and gathering requirements effectively.
Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English, enabling collaboration across diverse teams.
A background in ICT infrastructure and architecture, with the ability to develop applications that meet stakeholder needs.
