Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent through experience.
2. At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure project management, including road construction and maintenance.
3. Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
