Project Manager - Data & Migration
The Project Manager for Data & Migration will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all data migration activities within the PALoMa+ programme. This role is critical to ensuring the successful transition from legacy systems to the integrated SAP S/4HANA landscape, supporting our strategic transformation objectives. The PM will operate on the programme’s critical path, managing strict timelines, dependencies, and governance requirements.
Project Planning & Governance
Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for all data migration workstreams.
Data Migration Execution
Oversee end-to-end migration activities across multiple cycles (planning, extraction, transformation, loading, validation).
Coordinate with technical teams on ETL processes, SAP S/4 upload mechanisms, and data quality assurance.
Manage dependencies between functional and technical streams, ensuring readiness for each go-live phase.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for data migration topics within PALoMa+.
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to validate data scope and requirements.
Risk & Quality Management
Identify and mitigate risks related to data integrity, migration timelines, and system readiness.
Ensure robust testing and validation processes are in place for migrated data.
Proven experience managing data migration projects in large-scale ERP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
Strong knowledge of data governance, ETL tools, and migration methodologies.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource coordination.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, hybrid environments, and integration frameworks.
Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
