Daily Tasks
* Creating electronic batch records (EBRs) for the introduction of a new project
* Editing and proofreading content to ensure high editorial standards across all outputs
* Configuring production processes in the MES system (
PAS-X
)
* Translating production processes into a
Master Batch Record (MBR)
within the MES system
* Collaborating with the creative team to assess project needs and support messaging
* Driving brand consistency across all company communications
* Developing and implementing brand guidelines
* Managing projects throughout the full lifecycle, from inception to deployment
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of
MBR design (PAS-X)
or a comparable MES system
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in
Dutch and English
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a structured and planned manner
* Ability to independently translate process-related activities into a
Master Batch Record (MBR)
in the MES system, including:
* CIP / SIP
* Leak tests
* Media and buffer preparation
* Process steps
