B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Supplier Quality Manager in our Automotive team.
As a Supplier Quality Manager at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Your responsibilities:
* Lead supplier management through the full APQP lifecycle, from nomination to SOP + 90 days, ensuring readiness for successful product launches
* Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project timing plans aligned with customer milestones
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing)
* Drive completion of key APQP deliverables (PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
* Conduct supplier process and technical audits; assess risks and implement mitigation plans
* Monitor supplier readiness, manage escalations, and ensure successful production ramp-up
* Support supplier development activities across Europe (up to 50% travel)
Your profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
* 5–10 years of experience in automotive or mechanical manufacturing
* Strong background in project management and quality management
* Solid knowledge of APQP and automotive core tools
* Experience in supplier development, risk management, and launch management
* Auditing experience (VDA 6.3 is a plus)
* Strong leadership, integrity, autonomy, and adaptability
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
* Good knowledge of supply chain management and logistics practices,
* This role requires occasional travel to supplier facilities and project sites
