A leading Benelux law firm is looking to strengthen its Brussels Employment practice by hiring two junior lawyers — one Dutch-speaking and one French-speaking. You’ll join a respected team handling both advisory and litigation work for Belgian and international clients, across a wide range of industries.

Your Role
6. Collaborate directly with the counsel and the partner on both local and cross-border projects.
7. Advise clients on a wide range of individual and collective labour law matters (contracts, dismissals, restructurings, compensation, etc.).
8. Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, workplace policies, and legal opinions.
9. Represent clients in employment litigation and negotiations before courts and authorities.
10. Monitor legal developments and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and client briefings.
The Ideal Profile
11. 0 to 3 years of experience
12. Belgian Master in Law
13. Native Dutch or French speaker, with good command of English.
14. Strong interest in employment and social security law.
15. Analytical, pragmatic, and detail-oriented.
16. Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
