The role leads the Accounting & Administration Team (5 members) and is a key member of WRT’s Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO and COO.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage monthly and annual financial closings and reportingPrepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with six business units (five in Belgium and one in the USA)Present financial figures and analyses to management, the Board, and other stakeholdersCoordinate and prepare the annual audit with the company auditorPrepare statutory annual accounts and supporting documentationMonitor, review, and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basisEnsure close collaboration with the WRT USA entity and other business unitsManage and supervise facilities, office supplies, and vendor relationshipsHandle contracts and coordinate with external partnersEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirementsDevelop, implement, and enforce internal policies and proceduresContinuously improve internal processes and workflow efficiencyLead, coach, and develop the Accounting & Administration Team (5 staff members)Profile / QualificationsThe WRT Head of Accounting & Business Administration should have the following profile:Master’s degree in Accounting or Business AdministrationStrong professional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar leadership roleProven managerial and communication skillsFluency in French and English, both written and spokenStrong analytical skills and structured working methodsHands-on mindset with a flexible “can-do” and “will-do” attitudeAbility to manage workload and perform under tight deadlinesProactive problem solver with a results-driven approachHighly motivated to achieve goals and objectivesCommitment to promoting high standards, quality of service, and team spiritPromote our values (People, Passion, Performance) and commit to personal investment into the WRT ESG strategyWhat we offerWorking in a fast-paced, operational environment with both shop-based and race-related activitiesBeing a key member of WRT’s Management TeamA competitive remuneration as a freelancer
