Your role
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Revenue Management Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data analysis, pricing strategy, and business intelligence within the hospitality industry. The intern will play a key role in supporting the revenue team by producing tailored reports, assisting with pricing and performance analyses, and contributing to the development of new tools and dashboards.
Your Journey
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of regular and ad-hoc reports for internal use.
* Analyze performance data (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pickup, etc.) and highlight key trends and opportunities.
* Collaborate in the design and implementation of new analytical tools and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
* Support the team with day-to-day tasks related to pricing updates, availability checks, and competitive benchmarking.
* Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity across systems.
* Help identify automation opportunities within existing processes.
What do you bring to your trip
* Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Tourism, or similar).
* Strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
* Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio) and SQL is a plus.
* Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
* Passion for the hospitality industry and an eagerness to learn about Revenue Management.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
