Job Title: Account Manager – Security Solutions (High Security Sector)
Location: Belgium (Hybrid: 1 day/month in office, fieldwork 2-3 days/week)
About the Role:
My client are seeking a dynamic Account Manager with strong experience in selling security solutions to large organizations such as government bodies, transport companies, and European institutions. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions in the high security sector.
You will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales, and expanding their footprint in perimeter security, revolving doors, burglary-proof doors, sliding doors, physical barriers, and speed gates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with high-profile customers and develop customized security solutions that address their complex needs.
* Manage and grow relationships with decision-makers at headquarters, integrators, and security departments within large organizations.
* Work closely with the internal sales team to support tender submissions; lead short-term sales cycles.
* Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site assessments 2-3 days per week, with most of the remaining time focused on quoting and proposal development.
* Drive sales growth by farming and growing existing accounts and creating new business opportunities.
* Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 6 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in security solutions.
* Strong existing contacts within security departments, integrators, or HQs of large organizations.
* Proven track record in selling high-security products such as perimeter security solutions, revolving doors, burglary-proof doors, sliding doors, physical barriers, and speed gates.
* Fluent in French; basic proficiency in Dutch is required.
* Educational background is not critical; what matters most is the drive to sell and ability to build trusted client relationships.
* Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
