Join to apply for the Manager FS – Customer & Sales (Distribution Network) role at BDO Belgium.


What will you be doing?

* Advice clients on refining commercial strategies across diverse domains, including accounts, cards, payments, lending, investments, and (non)-life insurances, targeting retail, business, corporate, or private banking segments.
* Develop and execute strategies to optimize the distribution networks, aligning with overall objectives and client needs, covering branches, relationship bankers, independent agents, brokers, vendors, and remote sales teams.
* Lead end-to-end commercial transformation initiatives, managing project, risk, and regulatory compliance, while evaluating budgets and facilitating knowledge sharing.
* Analyze data to assess customer experience and distribution network, recommending adjustments or new initiatives to bridge identified gaps.
* Collaborate with front-office, middle-, and back-office teams, alongside product management and marketing, to understand client needs and gather feedback for product development and enhancement.
* Monitor performance of sales organization or financial products, analyze key performance indicators, and identify areas for optimization.
* Provide comprehensive training and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of new products and services.
* Drive business development through proposal preparation, service offering presentation, client engagement initiation, and account management.
* Recruit, mentor, and evaluate junior team members, fostering growth across various client engagements.
* Contribute to strategic priorities of the business practice in the customer & sales domain by identifying market trends, refining value propositions, and defining go-to-market campaigns.


What do you bring to the table?

* Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in business and transformation within management consulting or financial services, possessing extensive knowledge of industry-specific products, needs, and distribution networks.
* Customer-centric approach prioritizing understanding customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points, crafting and refining customer journeys to enhance overall customer experience and loyalty.
* Analytical skills proficient in analyzing market trends, assessing product or sales performance, and driving data-driven decision-making, including comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling.
* Strategic vision adept at conceptualizing and executing commercial strategies, resolving complex business challenges while ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and staying updated on industry trends.
* Project management expertise experienced in directing and supervising business or transformation projects, leading cross-functional teams with close collaboration among various departments to ensure successful outcomes within budget and timeline.


Language Proficiency

Fluent in Dutch or French, with proficient knowledge of the other language, and proficient in English, you possess strong communication skills across languages.
