Mission description
CSDM Implementation Consultant in ServiceNow
* We are seeking an experienced consultant to provide support and technical expertise in the implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM v5.0) on the ServiceNow platform.
* The consultant will be responsible for guiding and advising our teams through the Foundation, Crawl, Walk, Run, and Fly phases of the implementation.
Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Providing technical expertise to design, configure and deploy CSDM in ServiceNow.
* Analyse and evaluate current IT service management processes.
* Design and implement CSDM-based solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of services;
* Implementation Validation: Develop and execute use cases to validate the model implementation.
* Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to optimise the use of the CSDM.
* Supporting the implementation and stabilisation of the CMDB (standard with the CSDM model), links between Assets & CIs, and reference tables in ServiceNow
* Knowledge of the different methods for implementing Service Mapping in ServiceNow
* Analyse and implement the definition & management of "Lifecycle management" in the CMDB & in the concepts related to the CSDM.
* Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules, as well as the links between them.
* Good knowledge of the implementation of operational & strategic processes in servicenow (based on the CSDM model).
* Good knowledge of ITSM processes in ServiceNow
* High-level knowledge of NIS 2 regulations
* Knowledge of portfolio management in ServiceNow is a plus

* ability to communicate effectively with both operational and strategically oriented teams.
