The Lightelec Group is looking for an IT Specialist FR/NL, based in Liège, with travel to our different sites across Belgium & Luxembourg.
To support our continuous growth, we are looking for passionate talents to join our team.
As an IT Specialist, you are the first point of contact for IT support for our employees and ensure the smooth operation of our IT environment.
You also act as a key liaison between the local organization, the headquarters and our IT service providers.
IT Support (Level 1)
Provide daily IT support to users
Diagnose and resolve incidents remotely
IT Support (Level 2)
Install and configure IT hardware and equipment
Manage user accounts (Active Directory / Azure AD)
IT Deployment & Projects
Participate in IT projects within the group
Languages
~ Dutch, French & English ( professional working proficiency )
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent through experience
Remote support / remote access tools
Personal qualities
Strong communication and training skills
Reactive and team-oriented
