Main Responsibilities: Act as a key element in the Energetic Materials team, you be responsible for the: Definition of the architecture of a melt-cast high explosive assembly line for war heads that are compatible with LAS/VTS product portfolio; Definition of processes and procedures (technical, safety, and machinery) of melt-cast high explosives (TNT, Composition B and Tritonal); Definition of best practices for shift workers that meet daily, monthly and yearly production numbers. Definition of processes and procedures for handling DNAN and/or NTO-based Insensitive Munitions (IM) for cast-cured high explosives; Definition of logistical streams to optimize supply chain; Ability to manage varied, interlocking and parallel subjects of a melt-cast high explosive assembly-line such as safety, security, explosives, quality and automation; Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills. Ability to coherently document low-level requirements and to verify/validate that supplier machinery is compliant to said requirements; Ability to adhere to formal waterfall project processes: specifications, designs, testing at milestones with associated acceptance criteria; Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, consultants and local governmental entities. Profile: Required level of studies and experience Engineering degree, with at least 8 years’ demonstrated experience in the field of energetic materials and military product assembly (melt-cast filling and cast- An experience in an international company is an asset; Knowledge and skills You are a subject matter expert in military product assembly topics; You are knowledgeable in production and WH filling processes for Insensitive Munitions. You are autonomous and rigorous; You are able to think out of the box; You have strong spoken and written communication skills; You are comfortable with technical documents writing; You are able to work inside matrix teams and you are a real team-player; You always challenge yourself in order to bring new ideas and new skills in your day-to-day job; You are fluent in French, English (oral and written communication); any other language would be an asset;
