Your responsibilities
We aren’t just looking for someone to run tests; we need a Technical Bridge. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our global installations in the field and our R&D powerhouse. You’ll ensure our software is flawless before it hits the market and provide expert‑level support to the brands that rely on us.
What You’ll Do:
* Champion Quality: You’ll design and execute both manual and automated testing. From analyzing user stories to building automated scripts, you’re the final gatekeeper of excellence.
* Solve Global Puzzles: Provide 2nd and 3rd‑line support for our key "Artflow" users and own Solution Architects. When complex issues arise in the field, you’ll investigate, report back to R&D, and ensure our customers never skip a beat.
* Translate Tech to Human: You’ll bridge the gap between complex code and user experience by creating clear, professional technical documentation and API references.
* Collaborate & Influence: Work side‑by‑side with developers and product managers to catch potential issues early in the development lifecycle.
Your Qualifications
* The Expert: You have a degree in IT or Graphical Media, or you’ve already proven your skills in a Solution/QA Engineer role.
* The Specialist: You have experience with Artwork Management or packaging prepress automation.
* The Cloud Navigator: You’re comfortable working within Microsoft Azure or AWS environments.
* The Problem Solver: You have an analytical mind, a service‑oriented heart, and the communication skills (in English) to lead a team through a challenge.
