Your Responsibilities | AML/KYC – Finance – Fiduciary – Regulatory – Law
* You will act as the first line of defense for a portfolio primarily composed of SPVs and AIFs.
* You will draft detailed risk reports to provide critical insights to the compliance team.
* You will ensure that day-to-day business operations are fully aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* You will oversee the proper execution of AML/KYC requirements during both the customer onboarding process and throughout ongoing client relationships.
Profile and Career Path | AML/KYC – Finance – Fiduciary – Regulatory – Law
* You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment (, fiduciary, PFS, AIFM) in Luxembourg, providing you with the necessary understanding of your new role and its context.
* You are fluent in both French and English, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
* To be efficient, you possess strong experience with AIFs .
* You possess strong knowledge of AML/KYC requirements, which is essential for success in this position.
* You are proactive and organized, allowing you to efficiently meet deadlines and excel in your responsibilities.
