Project Manager - IT Projects in the Financial Industry

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects within the financial industry. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in project execution, strong analytic capabilities, and a deep understanding of the technological and regulatory environment in banking and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects for clients in the financial sector.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define scope, objectives, time-lines, and resource plans.
* Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business and technical requirements.
* Translate customer needs into actionable project plans and technical deliverable.
* Analyse data and project performance metrics to optimise delivery and identify areas for improvement.
* Produce clear, concise reports and presentations for internal teams and clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Engineering).
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT projects, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
* Strong knowledge of IT systems, processes, and implementations in regulated environments.
* Ability to connect technology solutions with client business needs and strategic goals.
* Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills; able to interpret complex information effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across technical and business teams.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Experience preparing detailed documentation, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
* Experience in Anti-Money Laundering projects or compliance environments is a strong advantage.
