Key Responsibilities
* Design and optimize warehouse layouts, material handling systems, and storage solutions.
* Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
* Implement automation and technology solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy.
* Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to verify technical aspects in supplier contracts.
* Specify and oversee installation of equipment related to warehouse layout and process design.
* Support rearrangement activities to optimize flows and storage density.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Familiarity with automation technologies, material handling equipment, and storage systems.
* Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
* Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD).
* Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (preferred).
* Operational management experience is an advantage.
