What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the technical design and delivery of AI solutions, ensuring simplicity, security, and cost-effectiveness
* Translate business use cases into efficient, scalable solution architectures
* Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using Azure AI Services, Databricks, and Power Platform
* Coordinate and oversee technical implementation across multidisciplinary teams
* Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
* Define and maintain reference architectures and coding standards
* Implement infrastructure as code using reusable modules for rapid deployment and maintenance
* Estimate technical costs for development and ongoing support
* Champion Agile methodologies, including Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD, and test-driven development

* Azure AI Services (AI Foundry, AI Search, OpenAI, Document Intelligence) – Expert
* Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, chunking, indexing, ranking) – Expert
* Azure Cloud (networking and security) – Expert
* Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) – Advanced
* Python – Advanced
* Databricks (Mosaic AI, PySpark, SQL, Airflow) – Intermediate
* Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, embedded AI) – Intermediate
* Solution Architecture and technology selection – Intermediate
* Spark – Intermediate
* SQL – Intermediate
Language Proficiency
* English: Full professional proficiency required
* Dutch or French: Nice to have
Other Requirements
* Recent hands-on experience in a similar role (within the current year)
* Experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD, and test-driven development
* Microsoft Azure certifications are highly valued
