**Job Description:
The role of the Work Planner E&I involves coordinating and interacting with various teams, including work preparers, planners, technicians, and supervisors. This position requires developing high-quality work packages and preparing work orders according to defined work processes.

Key responsibilities include:

* Planning realistic durations for individual tasks in work orders

* Updating standard tasks and PM plans based on actual data
">
* Preparing basic work orders based on work and execution tasks
">
* Discussing work content and timing with suppliers
">
* Ensuring coordination for multidisciplinary work
">
* Reserving and ordering materials
">
* Uploading documents and linking them to equipment
">

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics or electrotechnics
">
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
">
* Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering and instrumentation
">
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance of electrical equipment in the petrochemical industry

* Advanced knowledge of electrical distribution, transformers, control valves, flow transmitters, UPS Systems, lighting, and cathodic protection
">
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
">
* Proactive approach to seeking improvements in all areas
