We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Customer Interactions Cluster and support the GTMO squad in delivering ordering solutions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Order-to-Activation (O2A) value streams.
You will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring high-quality requirements and solutions in an Agile environment.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
* Analyze, define, and prioritize business requirements
* Collaborate with development & QA teams (Agile / 3 Amigos)
* Validate functional & non-functional requirements
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment
* Create & maintain process mappings in ARIS
* Support demos and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Contribute to continuous improvement within the squad
🎯 Requirements
* 5–7+ years experience in Business Analysis
* Experience in Business Process Optimization
* SAP Workflow & SAP OTC experience
* ARIS or other process modeling tools
* Jira & Confluence
* Experience in Telecom Order-to-Cash / Order-to-Activation
* Fluent English and strong communication skills
