* 🛠 Ensure Operational Excellence : Enforce procedures (inventory, cash, back-office), optimize schedules & maintain visual merchandising standards.

* 📋 Manage Back-Office : Handle scheduling, HR administration, budget tracking & reporting to leadership.

✔️ Proven experience managing a 12-15 person store in retail
✔️ Analytical mindset & strong grasp of numbers to turn data into action
✔️ Natural leader with a passion for coaching & team building
✔️ Enthusiastic about fashion, lifestyle & customer experience
✔️ Detail-oriented, proactive & results-driven
✔️ Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch (Flemish) and/or English; French is a plus
