Trade Marketing Manager – EMEAAs our new EMEA Trade Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between our brand and our retail, travel retail, and specialty partners. Your mission: ensure that every customer touchpoint — from department stores to travel hubs — delivers a consistent, compelling Hedgren brand experience. You’ll develop and execute multi-channel trade marketing strategies, empowering our sales teams and partners with the tools, training, and activations needed to succeed.This is a highly international and field-driven role, with frequent travel across key markets to support execution, gather insights, and build strong relationships with our partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement annual and seasonal trade marketing plans aligned with business priorities and sales objectives.Translate the brand strategy into actionable B2B and in-store marketing tactics across all trade channels: department stores, specialist retailers, gift stores, travel retail, and B2B accounts.Create and manage effective sell-in tools (catalogues, lookbooks, product decks, swatch books) to support our sales teams and agents.Collaborate closely with the Brand Experience Expert to deliver tailored sell-out tools and point-of-sale materials per channel.Ensure all trade marketing materials are on-brand and consistent across regions and partners.Plan, coordinate, and attend international fairs, sales previews, and key partner events.Develop retail activation kits, visual guidelines, and execution plans to support strong in-store brand performance.Lead and deliver product and brand training sessions for internal teams and external partners.Regularly visit stores and partners across EMEA to ensure brand consistency, collect market feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.Track performance, usage, and ROI of trade marketing tools and activations.Manage and optimize the trade marketing budget.Profile & Experience5–8 years’ experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing in lifestyle, fashion, travel accessories, or consumer goods.Strong experience in a multi-channel environment — with an excellent understanding of department stores, travel retail, specialty and gift stores, and B2B accounts.Hands-on experience creating and executing sell-in and sell-out tools.Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage internal and external stakeholders across cultures.Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for brand building and commercial impact.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Willing and able to travel internationally across the EMEA region approximately twice per month.Note: While this role is not focused on e-commerce, a general understanding of online partner environments is appreciated but not required.What We OfferA key position within a fast-evolving, internationally expanding Belgian lifestyle brand.The opportunity to shape how Hedgren engages and supports its trade partners across Europe.A supportive and entrepreneurial culture with real ownership and impact.Hybrid work setup: mix of Antwerp HQ presence and home office flexibility.Competitive salary package, benefits, and travel opportunities.How to ApplyReady to take Hedgren’s trade marketing to the next level across Europe?
